questionable. As a rule, they also need proof of employment or income available, even went to my father get to working-sign when I got my rent 22! depends on your condition and location.

You can consult a local housing, such as social services. There you will also find a Legal Aid office near where you are. It seems that talk just a friend, things go well over the head before the life and bills. Try to talk to someone about problems that you encounter.

Probably not ... They are a high risk for the tenant.

They are worried about paying the rent. This is a signatory to - the other party to the rent if you can not pay. I'll go a stab in the dark and say they are not the cause of problems paying the rent, if you have problems at home.
