How long does omeprazole (prilosec) take to work? - omeprazole how long to start working
I started 2 days ago and omeprazole had no noticeable difference in my acid reflux. Food and beverages are still in my throat .. but not sour. Is this a sign of something other than GERD?

Unfortunately Omeprazole is a drug you can take a week to really start to work. Reflux, which you describe is certainly GERD.
