Can anyone prepare a lease agreement in PA? - pa lease agreement template

I have a lease in a Word directly from the person Plannin rental property for me file. Is this a legal and valid document or must be made by a lawyer or a special form to be produced / template.

You do not need a lawyer to prepare a lease. I am the owner and I have to buy leases in Office Max or a similar place. Now I just write my own and print them. The tenant receives a copy I have. Both parties sign both, and everything that is legally
